1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the wj8 platform — including the website at wj8.xyz, the wj8 mobile app, and all gaming sections — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is entered into between you and wj8 and takes effect from the moment you create an account or otherwise access the platform.

If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that you accept responsibility for their compliance. wj8 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms at any point.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the wj8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in creating or operating your account.
• You have not previously had a wj8 account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a wj8 employee.

wj8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be permanently closed and any balance held will be handled according to applicable law.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each player is permitted to hold one wj8 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details is a breach of these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. wj8 may request updated information at any time.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all accounts before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable verification documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) card, passport, driver's licence, or SSS ID. KYC documents submitted must be genuine, current, and clearly legible.

Once KYC is approved, verification applies platform-wide and does not need to be repeated for individual game sections or subsequent withdrawal requests, unless wj8 requests additional verification due to security or compliance reasons.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the wj8 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). wj8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency, and no currency conversion takes place at any point in the transaction process.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for any transaction on the platform.

Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet once confirmed by the relevant banking channel. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet after identity verification has been completed. wj8 reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal if there is reasonable cause related to account security or compliance.

wj8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet providers. Transaction fees, if any, charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside wj8's control and are your responsibility.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All game results on the wj8 platform are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or determined by live events and dealer outcomes in the case of live casino and sports betting sections. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform.

Players are prohibited from:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to participate in any game or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and will be reversed.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Placing bets with the intent of circumventing wagering requirements or platform rules.

wj8 reserves the right to void bets and reverse transactions where a breach of fair play rules is identified, and to permanently close the accounts of players involved.

6 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your wj8 login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person. wj8 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact wj8 support immediately. wj8 is not liable for losses that occur as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must also ensure that the contact number registered to your account remains active and under your control, as OTP verification is sent to that number. Updating your contact details promptly when they change is your responsibility.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

wj8 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other incentive programmes from time to time. When offered, each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms take precedence over general platform terms with respect to the promotion.

wj8 makes no standing commitments regarding the availability, value, frequency, or continuation of any promotional offer. Promotions are made at wj8's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Attempting to manipulate or abuse promotional structures — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once — is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

8 Responsible Gaming

wj8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform includes tools that allow you to set deposit limits, session time limits, and to request self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your account settings and apply platform-wide.

Gaming on wj8 carries financial risk and is intended purely as entertainment. wj8 does not guarantee any winnings and all outcomes involve chance. Players are encouraged to set personal limits before starting any session and to play only with funds they can afford to lose. 9 Limitation of Liability

wj8 makes no warranties that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. wj8 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the wj8 platform — including but not limited to the logo, interface design, text, graphics, and game presentation elements — is the property of wj8 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. Any other use of wj8 content without written authorisation is prohibited.

11 Amendments to These Terms

wj8 may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform or via your registered contact details. Continued use of the wj8 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the wj8 platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
